About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or buy services from EarlyRev ([legal entity name]). By booking a plan, you agree to them. If anything in a signed proposal or order with us differs from these terms, the signed document wins.

Our services

Implementation. A one-time setup of HubSpot covering the first 20 hours of work, finished within 7 days of kickoff.

Monthly plan. Ongoing management, changes, integrations, and support, with 40 guaranteed hours each month.

Add-ons. Outbound email infrastructure, large migrations or cleanups, and custom technical work are scoped and quoted separately.

Fees and billing

• Implementation is $400 when paired with the monthly plan, or $750 on its own, paid before work begins.
• The monthly plan is $1,000 a month, billed in advance.
• Setup work beyond 20 hours rolls into your first month.
• Prices don’t include taxes, which we add where required.

Hours and rollover

Up to 10 unused monthly hours roll over to the next month. Rolled-over hours expire at the end of that month and have no cash value.

Our guarantee

If we don’t finish your initial 20-hour implementation within 7 days of kickoff, you get your $400 back. The 7 days pause while we’re waiting on access, information, or decisions from you.

Term and cancellation

The monthly plan has a 3-month minimum. After that, it continues month to month, and either of us can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid aren’t refundable except under our guarantee.

Your part

You’ll give us the access, information, and decisions we need, on time, and keep your own HubSpot and third-party subscriptions active. Delays on your side can move timelines.

Ownership

Your data, and everything we build inside your accounts, belongs to you. We keep the right to reuse our general know-how, templates, and methods, without any of your confidential information.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information and data confidential and use it only to do the work. You’ll treat our non-public pricing, proposals, and methods the same way.

Third-party tools

HubSpot and the other tools we connect are provided by their own companies, under their own terms. We’re not responsible for their outages, changes, or pricing.

Liability

We do the work with care, but we can’t guarantee specific business results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [state or country], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the date at the top and, for active clients, give 30 days’ notice by email before changes take effect.
