Who we are
EarlyRev ([legal entity name]) sets up and manages HubSpot for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. “We” and “us” mean EarlyRev; “you” means anyone who visits this site or works with us.
What we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email, company, and anything else you share when you book a call, email us, or sign up for a plan.
Your HubSpot data. To do the work, you give us access to your HubSpot portal and any tools we connect to it. That can include your contacts, companies, deals, emails, and files.
Billing details. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We see what you bought and when, not your full card number.
This website. The site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one small setting in your browser for the length of your visit (which logo to show) and nothing else.
How we use it
- To set up, run, and support your HubSpot account
- To schedule calls and keep in touch about the work
- To bill you and keep the records the law requires
- To improve our services, using only what we already have for the work
Your HubSpot data
Your data stays yours. We access it only to deliver the work you’ve asked for, we don’t copy it elsewhere unless the work requires it (for example, an import or a migration), and we never use it for our own marketing. When our work together ends, we remove our access and delete any copies we hold within 30 days.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services we need to do the work, such as HubSpot, our scheduling and email tools, our payment provider, and any integration you ask us to connect, and only as much as each one needs. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and billing records for as long as we work together and for as long afterward as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else is deleted when it’s no longer needed.
Keeping it safe
We use strong, unique passwords and two-factor authentication on every account that touches your data, limit access to the people doing your work, and follow HubSpot’s security practices inside your portal. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll let current clients know by email.
